Our Process
Hot water extraction, done right
Vacuuming only clears the surface. Up to 85% of the dirt your carpet holds is buried deep in the pile. Our truck-mounted hot water extraction reaches it, and our air movers get you back on your carpet fast.

We walk the job, identify problem spots, and do a thorough dry vacuum to lift loose soil before any water touches the carpet.

Pre-treat & agitate
Spots and traffic lanes get a targeted pre-spray, then we work it into the fibers so the cleaning solution can do its job.

Truck-mounted steam
Our truck-mount and RX-20 rotary extractor flush the carpet with 220°F hot water extraction, far deeper than any rental machine.

Speed dry & groom
High-powered air movers cut dry time to roughly 8–24 hours, and we groom the pile so it looks its best as it dries.
